Well, recently it was that time of year again — time to process corn for the coming year.
With friends and family, we shucked, blanched, cut from the cob and sealed in vacuum freezer bags over 420 ears of sweet corn from our neighbors, William and Sheila Duckett.
It was a lot of work, but so worth it!!!
